Category: QA
i know how to train them to use the toilet but no where have i found an explanation as to when i finally remove the litter box from the toilet and they go there, where does their urge to bury their poo in the litter after go?
do you get what i mean?
my cats dig and then go wee/poo and then bury it with litter. if they use the toilet they wont be able to do this so wont they just try to find the litter again and have accidents?

I read that that urge just goes away when the poop and pee goes in the toilet.
some of the training techniques include a handle attached to the flush but on the seat so they actually flush the toilet…and once they’re trained, you remove the handle and they find the actual handle.
Covering is usually a response to hide the scent of their output. In using the toilet, the output drops into the water, so there is really nothing to hide.
